In this workshop, students will design and create their own custom pencil case or roll-top bag from start to finish. Participants will draft their own pattern, select fabric, and personalize their design using embroidery and fabric markers before the instructor sews the final piece with zippers and hardware. Each student will leave with a one-of-a-kind functional bag that reflects their personal style and creative vision.

Linocut block printing is a hands-on art process where students carve their own design into a block, roll it with ink, and press it onto paper to create bold prints they can reproduce again and again. This workshop introduces the basics of printmaking while encouraging creativity and collaboration. Each student will design a fall-inspired image that becomes part of a larger group piece, showing how individual ideas can connect into a bigger story.
Kerry will guide students through a collage-style cut and paste activity to create their own custom artwork using recycled materials such as repurposed Nike shoe boxes and bags.
